We're excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Customer Portal, designed with your convenience in mind.

The Customer Portal is a secure, easy-to-use web-based platform you can access via your smartphone or computer. Once you set up your personal login, you’ll be able to:

- Update your contact details at any time

- View and download your invoices and receipts

- Quickly notify us if your child will be absent or unwell

- Book a Make-Up session, choosing from a range of flexible slots across our venues

Getting started is simple: Click here to set up your Customer Portal access.

Just use the same email address where you received this message to register—if you need to update your email, you can do so once your account has been approved. You’ll be prompted to create a password (at least 8 characters) and read and accept our agreements.

For quick and easy future access, bookmark the Portal or download the ThinkSmart Portal app directly to your phone and use our company code when prompted: VFBHWLL2.

You may also use the Customer Portal to enroll into a new term, instead of the usual website form, and apply credits accumulated from previous terms
